Do I pay for a booking request?
Yes, you do. Please note that this is only a pre-payment authorization though.
You will be debited only once your booking request is confirmed.*
When indicating your payment details during the booking request process, you’re providing us with a pre-payment authorization. This means that your bank takes a capture of the amount that the activity costs, to ensure that the activity can be paid for. Only once the booking request is confirmed, will the amount be released by your bank to us.
Imagine this process as if your bank is a hand. When you make your booking request the money is taken and held by this hand. Only when the booking is confirmed will the hand pass the money to us, the provider. If the booking doesn’t get confirmed, the hand will let go of the money that is already in your account.
*If you’re paying via Paypal, you’re immediately debited, but also automatically reimbursed in case your booking is not confirmed or is canceled.
“Book now” means that you are making a standard booking request by choosing a date and time. We’ll get back to you within a maximum of 48 hours to either confirm or reschedule your request.
Can I pay in cash?
No, we only accept online payments.
You can pay by credit card or via Paypal. You can pay with:
- Credit cards: Amex, Visa, Mastercard
- Debit cards: Maestro, CB

The purpose of our service is to enable you to arrive on the day of your activity able to start it without anyone having to worry about payments!
Issues when paying?

Therefore, we suggest that you book via PayPal when you are on the payment page.
