If the Instructor is not available, you will receive a reschedule option by email. You may then accept or decline the new proposed date/ time automatically.
If you cannot accept the reschedule offer, we will try to find an alternative instructor for the same activity for a time/date slot that works for you. If we can’t find a suitable slot or instructor for you, we‘ll cancel your booking request. Your pre-payment authorization will also be canceled automatically.
If you have paid via Paypal, you will be automatically refunded.
