Can I change my reservation?

Changes can be made if they are within the time limit of the activity cancellation policy.

How can I change the date of my booking?
If your booking request has not yet been confirmed, please contact us, stating the changes you wish to make and the booking number.
If your confirmation request has already been confirmed, you will need to contact the instructor directly. You will find their contact details in your confirmation email.

How can I change the number of participants?

To add participants, we advise you to rebook under the same name and in the same time slot and inform us afterwards.
To withdraw participants, please inform the instructor as soon as possible and make the request to us in order to get a refund of the difference.
If the booking is not yet confirmed, we can make the changes and update the payment directly beforehand.
