If your activity has been canceled and you do not wish to reschedule with the instructor, you can be refunded.
Contact us by email at email@example.com with your booking number and we will take care of the rest!
Have your booking number and name under the subject of the email. We will then use this information to cancel the reservation.
Please note that we do not process any type of refund by phone, these are only processed via email at firstname.lastname@example.org in which you have to write the reason for the refund and reservation number.
We will review the case and send you an answer directly by mail, refund cases are reviewed daily but the answer may take some time depending on each case, during weekends there may be an extra waiting time.
