Please find below updated information on the current situation and how this may impact your reservation or your activity.
Are activities open for bookings?
Government restrictions on activities have been lifted in most countries where Manawa operates, with some local exceptions. In the majority of cases, we are therefore open for reservations. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us!
In some regions of specific areas, Covid-19 outbreaks have prompted authorities to reinstate certain restrictions, which may impact the organizing of outdoor activities.
Can I book now and cancel later?
The majority of activities available on Manawa use a FLEXIBLE cancellation policy. You can, therefore, book now and either cancel or reschedule later AT NO COST:
1) Cancellation 4 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date
→ You are automatically refunded for the full activity price
2) Cancellation between 48 and 96 hours prior to the agreed activity starting date
→ You are entitled to a 50% refund
3) 48 hours or later are what we call last-minute cancellations
→ No refund will be made
Make sure to double-check the cancellation policy applicable for your activity. This information would be indicated on each activity page.
Should you want to cancel your activity, you can initiate the process through our cancellation form. Cancellations are always refunded directly via your original payment method (please allow a 48 hours delay for refunds to be processed).
For more information regarding our cancellation policies, please visit our cancellation policy page
What if the activity itself is canceled because of restrictions?
In this situation, you would be automatically reimbursed in full, within 48 hours of such cancellation being confirmed. Unlike many other sport/leisure/travel companies, Manawa always reimburses clients in CASH and does not issue vouchers.
Health and Safety measures:
To protect your health and safety, as well as that of others, our partnering instructors are reorganizing their activities to comply with new local regulations.
This may involve wearing masks during some activities, limiting group sizes, and/or stringent cleaning and sanitizing procedures when preparing equipment.
To help instructors to provide the best health and safety practises, please be observant of the rules that they communicate to you when you take part in the activity.
It is also strongly encouraged that you attend your activity prepared with your own mask, if only for the pre and post-activity phases of your experience.
If you want to know more about the health and safety measures taken for a specific activity, do not hesitate to contact us!
