The instructor had to cancel the activity
If the activity is cancelled because one of the guides is positive, you can reschedule the activity or get a refund (except voucher or gift card). In this case, please contact us by email and give us your reservation number.
I have the COVID-19
If you are positive, this does not result in an automatic refund. Please refer to the cancellation policy of your activity, which is also included in the confirmation email.
If you are within the time limit for a free cancellation, please send us an email with your booking number and we will take care of the rest.
To protect your health and the health of others, our partners implement the local regulations that apply to each discipline.
This may involve wearing masks during the activity, limiting the size of groups, or disinfecting equipment as appropriate.
In order to assist instructors, please follow the instructions they will give you on the day of your activity.
We also encourage you to bring your own mask, especially for the administrative and debriefing phase before and after your activity.
