How do I know if my booking request was received?

After booking on our website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. We will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm your booking once the instructor in charge has approved it.


For activities labeled “instant confirmation” in blue, your booking is confirmed immediately, and no further validation from the instructor is needed.


Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, there may have been an error in the email address provided. Contact us to retrieve your booking.
