My activity was canceled, how can I get a refund?

If your activity is canceled by the instructor and you do not wish to reschedule, you can request a refund.

Send an email to support@manawa.com with your booking number and the reason for the cancellation.


Refunds are not processed over the phone. Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive a response as soon as possible. Processing times may be longer on weekends.


Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.
