Generally, an error or blockage during payment comes from your credit card or bank:
Insufficient funds
Daily payment limit reached
An error during 3D Secure authentication
Transaction blocked by your bank if you're booking an activity abroad
Prepaid or business card instead of a credit/debit card
Our payment service identifies a potential fraud and requires special authorization
Most of these issues can be resolved by using another payment method (PayPal or another credit card) or by contacting your bank.
