My payment is declined

Generally, an error or blockage during payment comes from your credit card or bank:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Daily payment limit reached

  • An error during 3D Secure authentication

  • Transaction blocked by your bank if you're booking an activity abroad

  • Prepaid or business card instead of a credit/debit card

  • Our payment service identifies a potential fraud and requires special authorization

Most of these issues can be resolved by using another payment method (PayPal or another credit card) or by contacting your bank.

If the problem persists, you can, of course, contact us directly.
