If you haven't received your refund, please check the following:
Make sure the payment was actually charged.
If your activity had not yet been confirmed, no amount was charged to your credit card (except for PayPal payments). In this case, there will be no visible refund as a separate transaction on your bank statement.
Check if the initial payment authorization was converted into an actual charge on your bank account. If not, the amount was never deducted, and no refund will appear.
If you were charged, please wait 2 to 3 business days.
Once your booking is canceled, the refund may take a few days to appear on the bank account used for the payment.
If you still don't see the refund after this period, contact us at support@manawa.com with your booking number so we can check the situation.
