What is the validity period of a gift voucher/gift card?

Gift vouchers and gift cards have been discontinued from October 2026 onwards and can no longer be purchased. The following applies to vouchers and cards bought before then.

A gift voucher or gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It cannot be canceled or refunded. The activity date is not tied to the validity of the voucher.

For example, a voucher purchased on March 1 is valid until March 1 of the following year. You can register it online shortly before it expires, in February for example, and choose an activity date several months later. The activity's calendar will not be affected by the voucher's validity.

Note: Gift vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable.
