All outdoor activities depend on the weather. Sometimes, they may not take place (due to rain, lack of snow, etc.) or may be modified/affected. Only the instructor can decide whether to cancel or proceed with the activity, and they will keep you informed.
If you are unsure whether your activity will take place, contact the instructor (their details are in the confirmation email).
In case of cancellation, the instructor will try to reschedule the activity. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
Gift vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.
