I made a booking request. When will I get a confirmation?

After submitting your booking request, you received an email confirming that your request has been received.


You will receive a confirmation within a maximum of 48 hours. If the selected time slot is unavailable, we may offer a rescheduling or alternative options.


For last-minute bookings, we will respond as quickly as possible and contact you if needed. We process all bookings in chronological order to ensure fair handling of last-minute requests.
