Gift vouchers and gift cards have been discontinued from October 2026 onwards and can no longer be purchased. The following applies to vouchers bought before then.
It is possible to request an exchange of your gift voucher for a gift card that can be used for any activity we offer on our Manawa website. To request the exchange, please contact our support team via the help centre form. The gift card keeps the expiry date of the original gift voucher.
The gift card will be credited with the value of your original gift voucher, which you can freely use across our entire Manawa site.
Note: Gift vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable.
