Can I buy a gift voucher and choose the activity later?

Gift vouchers and gift cards have been discontinued from October 2026 onwards and can no longer be purchased.

For a gift voucher you already have, choosing the activity later is not possible. A gift voucher is tied to a specific activity and instructor. To use its value on a different activity, you can exchange it for a gift card, see Can I change the activity of my gift voucher?. You can request the exchange via our help centre form.

Note: Gift vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable.
