Being sick is not a valid reason for a refund if the activity's cancellation policy does not allow it.
Manawa can only issue a refund if the cancellation complies with the stated cancellation policy or if the provider cancels the activity.
If you are unable to attend, you can contact your travel or personal insurance with the PDF receipt of your Manawa booking and a medical certificate. You may also request a no-show certificate from the provider to support your refund request with your insurance.
